Parachute
by Holly Rae Garcia
SYNOPSIS:
Angela Rodriguez and her friends aren’t sure what they want out of life now that they’ve graduated high school, but they think there is plenty of time to figure it all out. When a trip to an abandoned elementary school leads to a break-in, they discover an old gym parachute.
Raising the fabric above their heads, the group expects it to balloon out around them like it did when they were younger. But instead, the parachute reveals alternate universes and terrifying worlds.
There’s only one rule…
DON’T LET GO
REVIEW:
There is nothing like life after high school. There comes a moment when you wonder, "What the hell do I do now?" Angela and her friends are now in the middle of that dilemma. Instead of dwelling on it, they decide to hang out at an abandoned elementary school and have a good time while they have the opportunity. While partying, they come across an old parachute. Remembering how much they loved the game as children, they decided to play.
It's a harmless parachute game; nothing will go wrong. Right?
Buckle up for this one. It is a very wild ride. The story unfolds in a way that is both mind-bending and surreal. This is yet another great title from Holly Rae Garcia. Holly Rae Garcia is a great author whose writing is top-notch and should be on everyone's TBR list. Don't miss it.
